1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Filefilo (the "Service") operated by SaaS_products ("Company", "we", "us"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

4. Service Description

The Service provides file conversion tools and related features. We may modify, add, or remove features at any time and may place limits on usage, storage, or access.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Uploading or sharing content you do not have the rights to use.
• Violating any law, regulation, or third-party rights.
• Attempting to reverse engineer, disrupt, or overload the Service.
• Uploading malware, harmful code, or content intended to harm others.

6. User Content

You retain ownership of files and content you upload. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, and store your content solely to provide the Service. This license ends when your content is deleted from our systems.

7. File Storage and Deletion

Uploaded files and converted outputs are stored temporarily for processing and download. We automatically delete files after a short retention period, typically within 30 minutes. We are not responsible for any loss of data once files are deleted.

8. Plans, Billing, and Payments

We may offer free and paid plans. Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis unless canceled. Payments are processed by Paddle.com as our payment processor and merchant of record. By subscribing, you authorize Paddle and us to charge your payment method for applicable fees and taxes.

9. Refunds

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for any subscriptions or purchases, except where explicitly required by applicable law.

10. Third-Party Services

The Service may integrate with third-party services (such as payment processors). Your use of those services may be subject to additional terms and policies provided by those third parties.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for any reason, including violations of these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.

12. Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SaaS_products will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising from or related to your use of the Service.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Continued use of the Service means you accept the updated Terms.
